Merry Christmas!
So I haven’t had time to blog lately. I threw a bridal shower for my sister, finished Christmas shopping, and Eli and I have been pretty sick with some nasty head colds. However, Eli got it much worse than I did. But I think we are on the mend. I did have to take him to the Dr. yesterday. He had horrible ear infections, and really bad sore throat, croup, and a horrible runny nose. But now he should be feeling better for Christmas tomorrow.
This year we recieved wonderful gifts from our neighbors, but our favorite was gingerbread men, complete with everything to decorate them with. What a thoughtful gift. I have posted pictures from when we decorated them.
The day that I had the shower for my sister, Paul and I had our niece over to play with the boys for a few hours. It was fun, and so good for my boys. They sure are territorial about their toys. We need to have her over more to play.
Lately Eli has become obsessed with basketball. He loves to go into Jackson’s room, where have a hoop, and shoot the ball. I think he is going to be good at sports. He already has a follow through. My boys also lately discovered Veggie Tales, thanks to my brother and sister. They love to go around singing “Where is my hairbrush” so cute!!
Jackson went sledding with Maddy the other day, and didn’t like going fast. However, everytime he went down the hill, he made sure Paul knew how much fun that was.
So that is an update on what my family has done and discovered the past few weeks. I will try to post pictures of Christmas as soon as I can. Until then, Merry Christmas!
