Last week a friend of mine called and said she had some extra passes for the Discover Gateway in Salt Lake. This is our children’s museum. I was really excited to take the boys there, I have always wanted to, and was excited when my friend called. She has a little boy that is Eli’s age and we always talk about getting them together to play but just haven’t yet, so this was perfect. The boys had so much fun exploring and playing with all the toys. They really enjoyed the ball chute, and also playing construction. Eli loved looking at the helicopter they had available to explore, but once Jackson pushed the button to make the real helicopter noise, it freaked E out a little bit and wouldn’t get in. But he loved looking at it. (Eli is obsessed with helicopters and motorcycles). They also loved playing cashier at the grocery store. The people at Discover Gateway have done an excellent job keeping the place clean. I was very impressed. I think we spent a good two hours there just chasing our kids as they went from on exhibit to the next. What a great afternoon.

So I have to admit I am one of the millions of huge Twilight fans, and I am happy to say that I have in my possesion my ticket for the midnight showing of the Twilight Movie. Yay!!! This movie comes out on my best friends birthday. What a perfect present for the both of us!
